Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had spacious and comfortable rooms, but they were outdated and in need of a refresh. Unfortunately, I experienced no hot water for several days, despite assurances from staff. On the bright side, the service was friendly and helpful, especially with their delicious rum cocktails. The location was excellent, right by the beach and close to amenities, though the dining experience was pricey and disappointing with cold food and slow service.
The hotel is in a dire need of updating as the fixtures and fittings are worn out, and my room was truly unpleasant, possibly at a 2-star quality level. It took until 7:00 pm to get some hot water, which was a major disappointment.
The hotel had beautiful rooms with a great location offering magnificent views of the ocean and pool. However, being near the main road meant dealing with constant air horn noise. The rooms were disappointing due to poor water pressure, no hot water, and maintenance issues. The hotel decor also needed updating.
I stayed at a hotel that has potential but needs some improvements. The rooms are clean but could use a bit of maintenance, and the corridors are showing signs of wear. Unfortunately, the noise from the busy road outside can disrupt your sleep. On the bright side, the hotel is conveniently located near bars and restaurants.
The hotel is in a great location with a stunning beach and plenty of beds. The rooms are slightly dated but just the right size. The service is polite, professional, and engaging. The dining experience offers a great variety but can be overpriced. The pool area is well-maintained and enjoyable.
The hotel is ideally located near St Lawrence Gap/Bridgetown, right on the beach, making it perfect for exploring. Though the room initially faced an old demolished building site without a balcony, the rest of the location was fantastic. Service was friendly but lacked clear distinction between staff roles. The dining options were decent but a bit overpriced. Prices were reasonable, however, the lack of room change availability impacted the overall experience negatively.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were reasonably clean and comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. However, there were some issues with the dining experience that could have been improved. The hotel's location was excellent, offering beautiful views and convenient access to various amenities.
